If you look back on your life, there must be a definite happenstance that created this inferiority complex. You know best what it is. When you discard that inferiority complex and live as the original nature, your perception of ‘myself’ and your appearance itself changes. The expression changes positively and shines.

Also, I think a teacher should be happy that he can help make students happy. Once a teacher arrives at school, it is hard to stop and pause and so it is easy to just ‘Go!’ But you’d better stop and reflect back on yourself. So, I hope that you can feel good about your students’ growth and lead a stress-free teaching career.

My sister-in-law was my enemy. But when I was meditating, I saw she wasn’t the only enemy. If you look at everything negatively, envy others for being good, and wish the best only for yourself, then for anyone with such a mind, everyone can become your enemy. After all, it isn’t my enemy that makes it difficult for me, but it’s rather my mind.

There may be a few moments of pleasure while drinking, but I would like to say, “Let’s focus the money, energy, and physical strength that we spend on drinking to empty our minds.” There’s nothing we can resolve or accomplish with alcohol. From a logical standpoint, this meditation is an investment that has a tremendous impact.

I’m most grateful for my husband’s push to send me to the meditation center. I got the best gift in the world. If it were not for this meditation that allowed me to throw away, how would I have been able to live with my family like this? This meditation is the best way!

You know, this meditation is throwing away all of the life lived, fixed thoughts and habits. In my case, I threw away a lot of thoughts, standards, and mindsets about work. Such as ‘I have to work well’, ‘I have to think straight at this positon’.
